Thank you for your interest in the Services I provide. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions; which ensure the smooth running of your appointment with me. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

• I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment without providing the required notice, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

• Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability. I kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

• Please do not arrive excessively early for your appointment, as this will disrupt the smooth running of the day’s schedule. Arriving too early or too late may impact the quality of service provided to all clients.

2. Payment and Fees

• All treatments must be paid for at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• A deposit will be required to secure all online bookings. Any deposits paid are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the 48-hour notice period.

3. Health and Safety

• Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your appointment to ensure your safety and well-being. You can alert me to any issues by completing your Online Consultation Form which is sent to all new clients prior to their first treatment.

• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe due to health concerns.

4. Personal Belongings

• I am not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought to your appointment. Most treatments will require you to remove jewelry so that you can fully receive the benefits of the treatment; it is advisable to leave precious items at home.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of these updates.
